A Saturday Surprise is always a special treat. This one was recommended by a childhood pal, Tom Hampson. He recommended taking the backroads from Keating, OR to Medical Springs, OR, then going on to Catherine Creek. We spent several hours exploring these area
This is one of the many ranches along the road to Catherine Creek. I was struck by the metamorphosis between the ranch land and the paradise beyond.
