I was there when I was 65, now 75, living it again by making greeting cards, wall art and sharing the story. I’m certainly living life to the fullest. I always have. I returned to the land with the rest of the hippies on the 60s. I grabbed the core of a 17 acre far, worked graveyard for Safeway, had two milk cows for over 5+ years. I’ll never, have a milk farm again. The reason behind farming were rooted at twelve. Beginning of the new testosterones just beginning. Grandparents subdivided the last Donation Land claim, each child got a large lot. The main house got jacked up moved and rotated ~90 degrees. We went on an extended trip to California. First stop in Alturas, CA. I saw the chicken butchered, we had for dinner. I had trouble eating the chicken. Embarrassed that the 14-year-old girl noticed, I vowed my children would know where their food comes from.
