Baker City Farmers’ Market

Experiences at the market are pretty much WOWZER! Some interest in cards and in panorama of local areas with perhaps unique viewpoints and perspectives. Once I get it a bit better shape the set-ups will be easing some. It is summertime and time to change greeting cards to a fresh look I’ve created cards from pictures of the Art Roamers’ Street Art. A sure grab by tourists is the hope. I’ll soon need to think about a second rotating display of 24 cards. Not yet just hopeful. I have an 8″ x 24″ black frame and two panoramas printed to fit. I’ll mount one and put other possibilities out to see.

I’m currently testing (6/27) different sizes and costs for 3 panorama sizes with frames currently available. I hit a pocket of capture types. I’ve designed and created dozens of cards in the last few days, more than enough to keep one spinner rack turning with newness.

Lessie purchased some picture frames that need filling. One filled today but need to know who took the photo. Used frames can be treasure trove, especially for a photographer with terabytes of captures. Summer festivals beckon. I would like to add captures in both Athena and Helix this summer. I think those cards might sell to locals as well as tourists. As a creative member of the local artisan community I welcome the chance to sell creative things.
